Discworld walk cycle

This is meant to be from The Last Continent, where Rincewind trudges through the desert on the back of a tiny horse. I tried to capture the small, bumpy yet determined horse that is Snowy (and that's meant to be a can of beer that he's holding out).
This is my first hand-drawn walk-cycle, and, in retrospect, I probably should have chosen something slightly less complex as I'm not the least bit competant in traditional animation (yet...I hope)
It's a 16-frame cycle, done with pencil and run together in Flash.
